Refund policy

At KUMU, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date.

A flat return fee of $9.95 per shipment will be applied to all returns, regardless of reason. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s completed.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • Your return request is made within 14 days of the shipping date.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
  • The product is not marked as “Final Sale” (these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable).
  • Each return request must be shipped using its designated return label provided by our team.

Please note:
Items assessed as unsellable (worn, damaged, washed, or missing tags) will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or return shipment.


Return & Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team:

  • You’ll be notified via email regarding the approval status of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after issuance.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at priyanka@thekumulife1.com. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
